Cancelation Policy

24hour notice is to be given for any cancelation, as I have a waiting list of clients that would like to come in.  If this notice is not able to be given then client must call us to cancel.

All cancelations and No Shows are charged full price of the treatment that was booked.

At Kleefeld Pain Therapy  I strive to help all my clientele to the best of my ability. 

At Kleefeld Pain Therapy I have a Zero tolerance policy.  I will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards anyone here.  If you have a concern or are not happy with something, I more than willing to discuss it calmly and work to finding a solution

I will direct bill to as many insurance companies as we can to help out clients.  

If the insurance company decides not to pay or the plan is maxed out, then it is the clients responsibility to pay the outstanding amount.

The clinic room and all surfaces are cleaned between each client's appointment.  I clean with an alcohol based sanitizer.
