Cancelation Policy

24hour notice is to be given for any cancelation, as I have a waiting list of clients that would like to come in.  If this notice is not able to be given then client must call us to cancel.

All cancelations and No Shows are charged full price of the treatment that was booked.

At Kleefeld Pain Therapy  I strive to help all my clientele to the best of my ability. 

At Kleefeld Pain Therapy I have a Zero tolerance policy.  I will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards anyone here.  If you have a concern or are not happy with something, I more than willing to discuss it calmly and work to finding a solution

Starting January 1, 2026, I will no longer be offering direct billing to insurance providers. This decision wasn’t made lightly — it allows me to spend less time on administrative work and more time providing quality care to you.

You can still submit your receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement after your session.

The clinic room and all surfaces are cleaned between each client's appointment.  I clean with an alcohol based sanitizer.
