At Kleefeld Pain Therapy, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client on our waiting list.
If you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice, we ask that you contact us by phone directly to cancel your appointment.
All cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment fee.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us respect everyone's time and accommodate as many clients as possible.

At Kleefeld Pain Therapy I have a Zero tolerance policy. I will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards anyone here. If you have a concern or are not happy with something, I more than willing to discuss it calmly and work to finding a solution

Kleefeld Pain Therapy offers direct billing to eligible insurance providers as a convenience to our clients.
A valid credit card must be kept on file in order to use our direct billing services.
If your insurance provider denies a claim, provides partial coverage, or does not cover the full cost of your treatment for any reason, the outstanding balance will be charged to your credit card on file.
Clients who prefer not to keep a credit card on file are welcome to pay for their appointments in full and submit their receipts to their insurance provider for reimbursement.
Please note: Direct billing is a courtesy service and does not guarantee insurance coverage. Clients are ultimately responsible for all treatment costs.
At Kleefeld Pain Therapy, maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment is a priority.
The treatment room, including all frequently touched surfaces and equipment, is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each client's appointment using an alcohol-based disinfectant.
These practices help ensure a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for every client.
